OJSC "TMK"

OJSC "TMK" is the largest producer and exporter of pipe products on the Russian market. TMK (founded in 2001) implements full management of its assets: it works out its development strategy and coordinates activities of its assets, develops production, technical, marketing, sales and financial policy of enterprises. General director of OJSC "TMK" is Konstantin Anatolyevich Semerikov. 77% of company shares belong to Dmitry Alexandrovich Pumpyansky, Chairman of TMK Board.

Structure

OJSC "TMK" manages 4 leading enterprises in the Russian pipe-rolling industry the total capacity of which on domestic pipe-rolling market amounts to 40%. Among these are Volzhsky Pipe-Rolling Mill (Volzhsky, Volgograd region), two plants in Sverdlovsk region: Seversky ( in Polevskoy city) and Synarsky (in Kamensk-Uralsky), as well as Taganrogsky Iron and Steel Works (Rostov region). Apart from these, OJSC "TMK" manages Orsk Machine-Building Works (Orenburg region) and 2 overseas assets – TMK-Artrom pipe-rolling mill (in Slatina) and TMK-Resita smelter (in Resita). Sales activities of TMK are implemented in the centralized way by the "TMK Trade House" subsidiary.

Products

"TMK" plants manufacture almost the whole range of existing pipe products: seamless threaded pipes of oil & gas assortment (OCTG), seamless line pipes, industrial seamless pipes, large diameter mainline welded pipes and industrial welded pipes. Company major export markets: Europe, Middle East. North Africa, South East Asia, CIS countries.
